There’s comfort to be found in BAMBOO’s Katsu Don. The lightly breaded and fried strips of pork and soft onions are arranged on a bed of rice that absorbs the juice of the meat and is almost the reason itself to order the entrée. Other crowd-pleasers are half a dozen or so teriyaki entrees (take your pick of cooked-just-right vegetables, chicken, beef, seafood, or combinations thereof), which show up in long handled skillets with bean sprouts and a caramel-colored sweet glaze.

Some serious thought has gone into making a meal here inviting. From the frosted glasses for beer and the clear, ice filled holders for sake to the pretty serving plates, no two of which appear to be the same at the same table. Before your drinks even arrive, out comes a complimentary dish of fresh steamed soybeans, along with some crispy dumplings that ooze hot cream cheese. There are no rushed meals at BAMBOO.

Decorated in friendly shades of green, the small dining room includes a sushi bar covered with a shingled half-roof and a soundtrack that fosters a serene environment.

Our Sushi is made with the freshest fish available. We have wide variety of sushi under our roof. You can also request our skillful chef to meet your needs. The large variety of rolls available at the Japanese Restaurant BAMBOO will surpass your expectations.

How about starting dinner with a crispy, aromatic, and creamy Spider Roll. Deep fried soft shell crab is rolled with ripe avocado and cucumber. Spider Roll is very popular even among those who are not raw fish sushi enthusiasts, not to mention regular sushi lovers.

Another very popular makimono is Spicy Tuna Roll. Red wine colored tuna is rolled with secret tangy creamy sauce. The combination of the rich creamy house special sauce and tuna is marvelous.
For those who love soft and creamy taste, our chef recommends Eel/Avocado Roll. Eel grilled with sweet soy sauce is rolled with ripen avocado. Eel and Avocado will melt in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth. If you like eel, you should try its brother eel/cucumber roll.

Some of our customers want to impress friends or date. Of course, we have an item for such fashionable customers. Our skillful sushi chef specially and carefully makes Rainbow Roll. The rainbow made out of variety of fish around a rolled sushi gives very good visual appealing and entices your appetite at the same time.
